We have taken high-level measures to ensure the safety of our therapists and clients throughout the pandemic.

Wearing a face covering or mask is up to your discretion.  If you do not have one that is covering your nose and mouth, we can provide you one for $2.00. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment on the spot if your temperature is above 99*.

ONLINE SCHEDULING

A couple things to keep in mind when booking online…

*We sometimes have late cancellations or unscheduled times available. Please text or call us at 650-516-6024 for more information.

*We are a single-serve studio which cannot accommodate couples or multi-person massages at the same time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

*You will be prompted to verify your email address to proceed with online booking. Verifying your email does not mean that your appointment request has been confirmed. We will send a follow-up email to confirm your appointment.

*You must provide a credit card at the time of booking to reserve your appointment time. You are not charged when you enter your card information. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. We process payment at the time of your appointment. Please note that all massage therapists accept payment via cash, check, gift card, or Venmo. Stacey also accepts payment via credit or debit card.

*When possible, cash gratuity is greatly appreciated!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be courteous of our staff’s time. If you must cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide as much advanced notice as possible by calling/texting us at 650-516-6024.

To avoid the cancellation fee, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. The cancellation fee is 50% of the cost of booked services. Those who do not pay the penalty fee will not be allowed to rebook at our studio… No exceptions!
